Our Whale Watching season generally operates from late May through to October, with daily departures throughout the migration.

As we operate in the open ocean, departures may occasionally be cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. If this occurs, you'll have the option to reschedule your cruise or receive a full refund.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a booking made using a Gift Card is cancelled by Out Of The Blue Adventures due to weather or minimum passenger numbers not being met, the Gift Card remains valid for 3 years and may be transferred to another date or another person.
